Evan Milby

Evan was influenced by music at a young age, thanks largely to his parents Doug and Cindy Milby who served as worship pastors for 19 years. Evan was encouraged by his dad to pick up the guitar at the age of ten and began leading worship for his youth group by the age of 13. His hard work and calling led to Evan meeting successful Christian recording artist, Natalie Grant, and her husband/producer Bernie Herms at church as part of the youth choir led by Geron Davis and Shelton Lovern. This opened many doors that allowed him the opportunity to tour and write with many artists such as Lauren Alaina, Natalie Grant, Britt Nicole, ZoeGirl, and Matthew West. With his continued heart for the church, and a calling put on his life to be a worship leader, Evan came with his beautiful bride, Alanna Milby, to become worship pastor in 2013.

PJ Robinson

Pastor PJ’s passion for music and multifaceted experience aid him as he directs audio/visual and technology operations.

Kerry Cox

Family Pastor

Having given my life to the Lord at an early age, I will soon be celebrating my 50th spiritual birthday! In that time, I have had the opportunity to teach every age group from 4 and 5 year olds to adults (4 and 5 year olds were the best)! Having a construction business for 28 years paid the bills, but my heart was always desiring to be in ministry full time. That became a reality a little over two years ago, when I came on staff at the Worship Center as Family Pastor. Looking back, I can see how God had been preparing me for this time and this ministry. It is very exciting to be a part of a `` church on purpose``, and I can't wait to see what the future holds!

Christina Ewell

At the age of 28 she accepted the call as a children's pastor. She and her family began attending Southern Illinois Worship Center in April of 2014 where they found a loving congregation. Christina began working in WCKids and stepped in as Children's Pastor in 2015.
